HOW TO MAKE FALAFEL
Add boiling water and mix quickly. Allow mixture to stand for 10 minutes. Roll into balls and shallow fry or bake.
Classic: Chickpeas, onion, parsley, cumin, coriander, cilantro, garlic, turmeric, Kalahari Desert salt, black pepper, white pepper, chilli, baking soda.
Crazy: Chickpeas, onion, beetroot, cumin, coriander, garlic, turmeric, poppy seeds, Kalahari Desert salt, cardamom, fennel, ginger, white pepper, chilli, baking soda.
